Data Use Policy
Digital Dimension Decentralized Ecosystem
Last updated: 21-feb-2025
1. Introduction
This Data Use Policy outlines how Digital Dimension (including MYGLOBAL.site, MIS-CURSOS.academy, MI-SOPORTE.online, MI-CFDI.online) manages user data in compliance with Mexico’s Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP).
We prioritize user control over data, ensuring transparency, security, and compliance while integrating Web3 decentralized technologies.
2. Scope & Applicability
This policy applies to:
All users, members, apprentices, mentors, and integrators within the Digital Dimension ecosystem.
Any personal data processed within Digital Dimension’s platforms.
Data transactions involving loyalty tokens (ASAs), NFTs, and smart contracts.
Decentralized identity verification and wallet-based interactions.
Connected devices, including security cameras, alarm systems, GPS trackers, IoT devices, and other integrated technologies. Our objective is to capture information and make it available for processing by both humans and AI, facilitating data analysis and automation through various blockchain projects and tokenized APIs for AI connectivity.
Third-party tracking services (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).
3. Principles of Data Use
We adhere to the following data protection principles:
3.1. Lawfulness, Fairness, and Transparency
We only collect necessary data to provide services, respecting Mexican regulations (LFPDPPP).
Users are clearly informed of data collection purposes.
3.2. Purpose Limitation
We only use collected data for its intended purpose, which includes:
Membership management.
Access to networking platforms, loyalty tokens, and subscriptions.
Transactional interactions within Web3 ecosystems.
Security and fraud prevention.
Analysis for performance optimization and operational improvements.
Educating members on what data is collected when they interact with our ecosystem and how their data is used in other ecosystems.
Privacy awareness and data control education—we teach members how to manage their data effectively.
We do not collect data to be sold or used outside of our ecosystem.
3.3. Data Minimization
We collect personal data as part of natural digital interactions, as all data links to other data. No data exists in isolation, and all digital activity is inherently trackable.
Users should be aware that true anonymity does not exist in the digital world—everything is trackable. While decentralized wallets provide a degree of privacy, all digital interactions leave a trace.
3.4. Accuracy
Users can update or correct their personal data at any time.
3.5. Storage Limitation & User Control
We retain minimal personal data for only the necessary duration.
Users can request deletion of their data unless required for regulatory or legal purposes.
3.6. Integrity, Confidentiality & Privacy Awareness
We encrypt and secure personal data to prevent unauthorized access.
Data transactions with wallet addresses, tokens, and NFTs follow best practices for decentralized security.
Privacy is a myth—everything is tracked, measured, and recorded. Users must be aware that if they do not control their data and APIs, they cannot control their privacy. This is why we promote decentralization and open-source technology, ensuring that users retain true control over their information.
4. What Data We Collect & How We Use It
Data Type | Purpose | Storage & Control |
---|---|---|
Name & Contact Info | Membership access, account setup | Encrypted, User-controlled |
Wallet Addresses | Transactions, token interactions | Free membership: Managed by Digital Dimension; Paid membership: Self-managed after rekeying process (Web3) |
Transaction Data | Token/NFT interactions within ecosystem | Blockchain-recorded (Immutable) |
Payment Details | Subscription processing (if fiat payment used) | Not stored, processed via secure providers |
Website & Platform Usage Data | Security, performance improvement | Anonymized analytics only |
Communications Data | Member support, notifications | User-controlled, can opt-out |
GPS & Device Data | Security monitoring, tracking (if user opts in) | User-managed settings |
Security Camera Footage | Monitoring, access control (if connected) | User-owned, not stored by Digital Dimension |
RFC (Tax ID) | KYC process for paid memberships | Encrypted, required for verification |
5. User Responsibility for Security
Users must protect their own access credentials (wallet keys, passwords, etc.).
By using Digital Dimension’s platforms, users acknowledge the following:
Private keys, passwords, and wallet access credentials are the user’s sole responsibility.
Digital Dimension cannot recover lost private keys or wallet credentials.
Users should not share sensitive data (e.g., wallet keys, passwords) with third parties.
Security recommendations:
Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) where applicable.
Use hardware wallets or cold storage for critical assets.
Regularly update security settings on all devices.
If a user voluntarily shares their access credentials or experiences a self-provoked data breach, Digital Dimension is not responsible for lost assets or compromised accounts.
6. Third-Party Tracking & Analytics
We use third-party services, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools, to analyze visitor interactions and improve services.
Service | Purpose | User Control |
Google Analytics | Tracks website interactions | Users can opt-out |
Facebook Pixel | Ad tracking & retargeting | Users can opt-out |
Browser Cookies | Stores session data | Can be disabled in browser |
Third-Party Plugins | May collect user data | User-managed |
User Choices & Opt-Out Mechanisms
Adjust browser privacy settings (e.g., blocking cookies, enabling “Do Not Track”).
Use browser extensions like uBlock Origin or Privacy Badger to block tracking scripts.
Opt-out of Google Analytics via Google’s opt-out tool.
Manage Facebook ad tracking at Facebook Ad Preferences.
7. Security Cameras, Alarm Systems, & GPS Data
Users integrating security devices (cameras, alarms, GPS trackers) must acknowledge:
Digital Dimension does not store or control footage or tracking data.
Users own and manage their own security system data.
Hacked or misconfigured devices are the user’s responsibility.
For internal areas, security cameras at our physical installations are used for access control, monitoring, and security purposes, with all footage controlled and managed by Digital Dimension.
For external or public areas, Digital Dimension deploys surveillance for security and operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with local privacy regulations. Signage is used where required by law to inform individuals about active surveillance.
No surveillance footage is shared with third parties unless legally required or as part of internal security protocols.
If third-party security solutions are used, Digital Dimension is not responsible for data handling practices by those providers.
8. Compliance with Mexican Regulations (LFPDPPP)
Our data handling practices align with LFPDPPP to protect personal data.
In the event of a data breach, we notify affected users within 72 hours, as required by law.
