Guidance and scope
More guidance while we organize. More strategy as the operation matures.
During diagnosis and integration, the programme allows up to one 60-minute video call per week and one 90-minute in-person meeting per month within Digital Dimension's in-person service area. Travel outside that area is coordinated and quoted separately. Afterwards, the normal rhythm is a monthly strategic review and coordinated video calls for active matters.
