Managed open-source apps and automation

Host and operate your tools without turning your team into infrastructure administrators.

Digital Dimension can manage open-source applications such as Vikunja, NocoDB, Dolibarr, Moodle, and Directus, and can operate managed automation through n8n for workflows, integrations, alerts, and recurring processes.

Applications

Operational software hosted and managed

This is not the same as website hosting. These applications need users, databases, processes, and their own maintenance model.

  • Vikunja, NocoDB, Dolibarr, Moodle, and Directus
  • Small applications from $1,000 MXN + VAT per month
  • Business applications from $2,000 MXN + VAT per month
  • Dedicated infrastructure from $3,500 MXN + VAT per month

Automation

n8n as a managed layer

n8n is not presented as unrestricted access to a shared editor. It is sold as managed automation capacity with monitoring, alerts, and support.

  • Automation Starter from $500 MXN + VAT per month
  • Automation Business from $1,000 MXN per month
  • Automation Operations from $2,500 MXN per month
  • Dedicated automation infrastructure from $5,000 MXN per month

Setup

The monthly fee runs the tool. Setup builds the foundation.

The monthly service covers operations, managed hosting, maintenance, and support within the contracted scope. Installation, migration, deep configuration, data modeling, and training are quoted separately.

  • New workflows and integrations are treated as implementation work
  • Migration and data modeling are quoted separately
  • Training and advanced configuration are not included by default

FAQ

FAQ

Is this the same as website hosting?

No. This page covers operational applications and managed automation, not just web presence.

Is n8n included with every hosted app?

No. n8n is treated as its own managed automation layer with its own commercial structure.

Host real tools. Automate real processes.

Digital Dimension can help determine whether you need a managed app, an automation layer, or a combination of both with separately quoted implementation work.
